Wondering about your holiday? Here is one great idea!

For some reasons, many guys associate holidays with trip to foreign countries. While planning their holidays, they often don’t even take into consideration extraordinary towns in their own country. Rather than this, they book trips to places abroad, without even considering going somewhere in their own country. Because of this, many individuals are not familiar with their own country. They have a lot of memories and experiences from abroad, but when somebody asks them about their own country, it turns out that they don’t know practically anything about attractive places there.
Thus, this brief text, will try to inspire you to spend your holiday a little differently this year. What if, instead of leaving abroad again, you would try to discover extraordinary places located in your own country? Let’s imagine, that you are from the south of Poland. There is a huge chance, that you believe that you already know plenty about your country and you take into consideration other regions of it to be very similar to your city. Nevertheless, this can be your mistake (find out something more). What is the reason? An answer is rather simple. Because if you live in the South of Poland, this is more similar to, for example, Czech Republic, that to Gdansk. Due to this, even though the language is different, there is a big probability that the culture as well as food you are familiar with, are more similar to those of neighboring country, than to other part of Poland.

In consequence, why won’t you take flights to Gdansk this summer. This part of a country has plenty to offer. For example, are you familiar with the wondering history of Gdansk? For a long time it has been 1 of the proudest city in Poland. City, which stayed independent for many years. City, where the history of Solidarnosc movement started. I believe, that you already know about it from history lessons from school times (http://www.lot.com/airline-tickets/flights-to-katowice). Nonetheless, how much you genuinely know about it? Would you be able to explain the story for any foreigner that asks you about it? And what when it comes to the local cuisine? Are you aware that it has a lot more to offer than just fish? What about other regions of Poland? Maybe you would rather take flights to Katowice? Have you ever heard that this is the biggest metropolitan area in Central and Eastern Europe?
